I happen to think the food is fine but all the reviews on the timing is totally accurate. On average it takes an hour to an hour and a half to get delivery.

Food is great, but they often mess up the order or take so long to deliver that the soup is almost stone cold. I do love the food though. Crab rolls are great, spicy corn chowder is excellent. Be prepared for average delivery times of about one hour.

The order took 2.5 hours to get to the West Village. Literally. I called multiple times and they repeatedly claimed they were15 minutes away. I got the lobster roll, which at this point was very cold. It tasted like canned lobster and crab, and was completely flavorless. The bun was stale and the only reason I ate it at all at this point was because I was starving. The cold soup (corn chowder) wasn't terrible, but it wasn't very good either. The side of cole slaw was the highlight of the meal, although it came in a condiment container about an inch in diameter. This was absolutely pathetic to me, that they would even include 2 bites of cole slaw and feature it as a "side". I'm not much of a "reviewer", but this was an all around pathetic dining experience. The manager seemed very busy, apologized, and told me he'd make it up to me if I ever came in, which I won't. I've heard they are better on location, but I felt it my duty to let everyone know about this place. I'm pretty sure they're a complete sham and bank on the fact that they're the only deliver lobster rolls in NYC -- everyone tries them once, then never comes back.

Hey, i have worked in restaurants, and get the deal... but if you are running late, be truthful about it... Took OVER 1-3/4 hrs to get food. after being told several times it "was on its way, should be 5 minutes". Everything should have been hot, was cold by that point. THEY CHARGE for butter for their baked potato?! the owner literally said: "hey, i gotta make money too!"

Lobster rolls were not edible. The lobster smelled terrible, like it had been sitting out. In addition, it took over an hour for the delivery to come. When we spoke with the manager, he said that we were far away. But that's no excuse: they are listed as available on Seamless for our address. Will never order again. Stay away. Easily the worst lobster roll I've ever had.

It took an hour to receive the order - longer than the 15-30 mins listed on the website, and longer than the 30-45 minutes listed in my confirmation - but once it arrived the lobster scampi roll, side salad, and onion rings were all very good.

Their delivery is spotty. I've received calls on multiple occasions that they are unable to deliver for some reason or another and offering a credit (which is obviously appreciated but expected), but it's happened several times so I don't order from them anymore.

Every time I order from this place it takes over an hour, even though they say its only 15-30 minutes. The food is good, but the service absolutely sucks.

It took 90 minutes to deliver the order (twice the estimate). When I called to ask where my order was, the person that answered was incredibly rude and short with me. No apology whatsoever. Not ordering here again.

Says 15-30 mins for delivery. Now at 1 hour and 20 mins and it's not raining out. I call, it rings and rings and rings and a completely incomprehensible individual answers. Call back, voicemail. NEVER AGAIN.

My food arrived an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered it. It was terrible. Bland, tasteless... The fries were undercooked, soggy & cold. There was nothing good about this experience.

Lobster tail was overcooked. I ordered a Lobster tail roll, but they just sent me a lobster tail without the roll or anything... Now I'm just eating peas for dinner.

The food was pretty cold when we got it, which made the fries totally inedible, even after I reheated them in the oven. Also, they were out of peas and called to ask what I'd like instead. I went with the broccoli, which was a mistake.

The new england clam chowder was good. Nothing great. I also had lobster roll. That was fair at best. It was fairly tasteless Also had an order of onion rings which were way too soggy. The wait for my order was pretty excessive when you consider it was a small order and I live a couple blocks away from the restaurant. The clam chowder saved the meal for me. I would only order from there again if I was dying for new england clam chowder and no one else had it.

I knew I was in trouble when, 70 min min after ordering (with a posted"15-30 min delivery time), I still had not received my order. Once the surly delivery person did drop (literally) my order off, I found the clams cold, the lobster salad warm (not good for mayo!), the bun limp, the broccoli soggy, and the lave cake more brick than lava. Never again. Ever.

For the price, I expected more. My salmon burger looked pretty sad, with only a tomato and tartar sauce. I expected at least lettuce. The clam chowder I ordered with it was watery. The food was edible but not sure I would order again. Maybe if I went with a larger dish I would have been happier.

After an hour and a half, food still hasn't come and they refused to honor what I ordered because "we had a big party baby." Boooooo. I ended up having to cancel the food. Horrible
